Jacqui Jeras Biography

Jacqui Jeras is an award-winning journalist currently working as a meteorologist at the Weather Channel, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

She joined the channel as a freelancer in 2016 and later on, she became a full-time worker in 2019.

Previously, she worked as a Washington DC morning meteorologist for an ABC affiliate. She was also an on-camera meteorologist at WEHT News in Evansville and KCAY TV News, in Sioux City, Iowa.

In addition, she holds a Seal of Approval from the American Meteorological Society and also served as the Chair of Councilor and Recertification.

Jeras attended Iowa State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism and Mass Communication.
